Customs Info for UK customers

 

If you order items and your order value is more than £135, we highly recommend dividing your purchases into two or more orders so you don’t have to pay any customs charges to the delivery company to receive your goods. E.g. when you order goods with a total value of £200, make two purchases for £100, and you will not have to pay customs charges. 

 

Several items from luciaeggen.com are sent from our UK suppliers, so these will not attract customs charges to customers receiving their order within the UK, no matter how much you spend.  

 

If you only purchase items that are sent from the U.K., you can buy as many as you want and don’t have to worry about paying customs at all.

All items are made to order, just for you. When you order different products, they may not always be shipped together and arrive in separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Products are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. At busy times, please allow slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.

Art Prints are made to order and require additional drying time to ensure quality control. This can lead to prints being dispatched up to 7 - 14 days after placing an order.

!Important - Your Responsibility!

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address details are correct and complete.  Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

​

If items are sent to incorrect addresses, they may be subsequently returned to us as undelivered after 30 days. We are unable to assist until the items are returned to us. However, we will contact you, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

​

With international shipping, please allow 10 - 15 working days after dispatch.
